Method

2 slices wholegrain sourdough
1 tin sardines in olive oil
Handful rocket
Cherry tomatoes
½ avocado
Lemon juice
Black pepper
Method
Toast the bread.

Ingredients
500g lean turkey mince
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 red pepper
1 courgette
1 tin chopped tomatoes

Method
