What is the Healthy Hearts Programme?

The Healthy Hearts Programme is an 8-week initiative designed for beginners, specifically aimed at individuals at risk of heart disease. This free programme integrates fun and engaging activities to improve heart health and overall well-being.

Programme Highlights

  • Location: Vibe Den, Denbigh

  • Who Can Join: Beginners to exercise, individuals at risk of heart disease
