This brand-new 12-week programme will support older adults in Walsall with gentle, meaningful ways to stay active, healthy and connected—funded through a local health and wellbeing grant.

- Weekly Chair-Based Fitness: Focused on strength, balance and mobility to reduce fall risk.
- Monthly Workshops: Focused on Covering nutrition for ageing well, mental wellbeing, fall prevention, and more.
- Social Connection & Community: Because feeling good isn’t just physical—it’s social too.

- Specialist equipment (bands, blocks, etc.)
- Inclusive venues and easy access.
- Light refreshments and welcoming environments
This project tackles disadvantage head-on and offers real solutions to improve the health, confidence and connection of our older population.
